I'm not talking 'bout things like fonts -- those are a given and I might 1252ify the 0.fon from Longbow next, it seems nice -- but who would've expected to find the La Costa Lotta theme from LSL6 in PQ4?
That's right, PQ4's 521.snd is an in my opinion somewhat nicer to listen to version of LSL6's 200.snd.
I have absolutely no context for its use, since I'm really just going through the resources, listening for anything nice. But this is something of a step above QFG1VGA apparently containing all the cursors from LSL5... what is it with that series?

It is very common to find resources from other games within an SCI game's own resources. There are a couple of sites out there that host examples of this. I always suspected that it was common to start with existing games or at least parts of it as a template for new games. That way it could inherit any expanded abilities the previous game had. It would have been easy to miss removing a couple of things.

KQ7, SQ6, PQ4, and LSL6 all share similar music themes. In-game. They're not carbon copies, either. They're slight variations shared between the games. The Polysorbate LX theme from SQ6 is in a scene in the land of Ooga Booga in KQ7 but without the xylophone or glock instrument, whatever it is. A guitar solo from a bar theme in SQ6 is also present note-for-note in a completely different theme from LSL6. It doesn't surprise me that more themes are shared between these later games.
