Why SCI32? I played Space Quest 6 in DOS. It is another SCI version, and it is not compatible with standard Windows SCI interpreters.

Hi!

Both DOS and Windows executables of SQ6 marked as `May 24 1995 2.100.002`. It's SCI32 v2.0 as you can see....

I enjoyed SQ6, although the series peaked at SQ3 and has slipped ever since.

SQ6 is SCI32, and even GK2 runs under DOS and is SCI32.
So SQ6 can be SCI32. And it is.

I wouldn't know about that, while Space Quest 3 rocked big time (its my favorite Space Quest), I think that Space Quest 4 and 5 were also very good.
Space Quest 4 was in total context of the Space Quest series. If there are any phrases that can idenitify the basic premisis of Space Quest, it's these.
1: From one predicament into another.
2: Out of the frying pan and into the fire!
Think about it and you'll see what I mean.
However, I never played SQ6, and I deeply regret not buying it all those years ago, but that could be understandable, since I didn't posess the right feeling of nostaliga to buy it, and of course, I lacked the money. so I just want to know this, what was the plot in Space Quest 6 about? And why did Roger Wilco lose his status as Captain of a ship?
I'd really like to know, thanks!
Till next time stay coo 8)l
