Post by: Dizzutch on September 18, 2003, 12:23:55 PM
HI,
I'm very into AGI/SCI/SCUMM games, and i was wondering if there is an AGI/SCI Studio type of program for Linux, or if it's even possible (if so, with what tools) to wite a game using Linux. Any information would be grately appreciated.

TIA,

Jule

Hi,
there is "QT AGI Studio" outside, that runs under linux, the problem is that you have to compile it by your self.
look at: http://agistudio.sourceforge.net/

If you register on this site http://apps.kde.com/uk/0/info/vid/9508
you may download a rpm file

Some time ago Brian mentioned that he would rewrite SCI Studio with another library that makes is OS independent but i doubt that this will happen in the near future.
