Title: Not receiving e-mail notifications

I would like to receive notifications when my posts are replied to but I'm getting none even after tampering with all the related Notifications settings.
What are all the requirements for this to work?

That broke about a year ago I think. Was it when all the Mega Tokyo archives posts were added? I used to get the email notifications too, but I think the profile data got wiped around the same time. Not sure anyone is getting email notifications these days.
