Well I figured that somebody else would handle it which is why I didn't respond.

There is some tools that can let you extract those VGA resources on this site: http://www.classicgaming.com/agisci/index.shtml

But, the tools are buggy, or don't work for all the games. So you will probably have to wait for the next version of SCI Studio to be able to get at those views unless somebody can rip them some other way.

Well there can be other causes behind that error as well besides what I just mentioned. I think there was a topic somewhere about it... you could use the search button at the top to find it.

There is a problem with creating a game in the main drive. You have to make it in a subdirectory.

For instance:
C:\Games\first\ works

C:\first\ does not work

Well to avoid my being redundant, here is some posts about it:

Not sure if he ever figured it out or not since he didn't reply after that.

The only problems SCI Studio has, is on windows 98 and older. If you have a version of windows newer than 98, than you won't have problems with crashes.

You need to save the words.tok changes, then recompile logic 0, and 99 since those 2 files check the words.tok file for unknown words.

green = f3

if (isset(f3)) {
  print "They touched the green line...";
}

Well you could also use dosbox as well to run the AGI games without NAGI or Sarien.

I am guessing he is talking about the same thing here:
http://www.agigames.com/index.php?action=display_topic&topic=376&page=1#post_2723

I have the same problem with AGI games, they have screwed up menu's and text box's. I use either NAGI or Sarien to play my AGI games because of it.

I personally think that all judge info should be kept secret till the end date, that way we don't have people bribing, talking, and messing with the judges.

But that's just my opinion... tell them if you want to...

While it may be adventure game related, this board is about AGI games... so I think the general board would be better for this topic.
