I had the same problem with a game I was working on, but it worked when I resaved the WORDS.TOK in the Windows port of the Linux AGI Studio, and later I found out that it worked with nailheads AGI Studio too. I believed it had something to do with my Swedish version of Windows 98, since everyone else was using the English one, and the Swedes I spoke with (the guys working on Lawman for hire)had the same problem.

Greg, if you do not have any evidence to prove it, then don't claim you have made Handyman 1 & 2. Even the Ryan you are talking about has said that he had an idea for a Handyman game but never created it. And posting msgs under fake names doesnt help you.

The Ben Bum Adventure was cancelled a while ago because Terry didn't have time to create it.

That happened to me when I tried to run AGI Studio in NT, could that be the problem?

Remember the bug in AGI Studio that forced us Swedish users to use "the wall" instead of "wall"? Well, if you load your words.tok file into the editor that is in the Windows Linux AGI Studio and resave it, it will work!

I hope this helps someone.

Well, it seems like a good idea. The URL to the Wayback machine is http://web.archive.org btw.

Ok, thanks! The old one by Peter Kelly had the same error as in NT, so it's great that you've created a new one :)

Hi everyone!

Does anyone of you have Windows XP? Does AGI Studio work with it? Since it can't compile logic in NT4 I want to know.
