Mega Tokyo AGI Archive / Anyone want to be coauthors of my agi game?
« on: August 12, 2001, 06:58:44 PM »
I'm making a computer game VERY similar to Space Quest.  It takes place like 15 years from now on a different planet and different culture, government, architure, etc.  You explore to other planets and me some very strange people.  I don't know if I want to send the storyline since it's over 40 pages.  I don't need any musicans for this game (since I am one), but I may need artists, and programers, also I am open to some ideas.  The game supposed to be really funny, since it has REALLY strange people.    If you are interested please im me my AIM sn is Jazz5884 and my ICQ# is 25670449.

I just want to point everyone about my agi club.  You can like post messages just like you do on here, i but you can also chat with other people who are interested in agi on the agi chatline (if there any in it).  If anyone wants there screenshots of there game to be shown, please let me know and I will post them in the picture menu.  The problem is that you may need a yahoo account.....  Trust me; it won't be a problem getting one, it takes only a minute to sign up for a yahoo account, and plus it's free and no hassel!

hey bokkers

Your last name is Bock too?!  Unfortunelly I haven't made a webpage for my game yet.  I don't really have any graphics or a name for it yet, but I do have a storyline.  The storyline is like 16 chapters and over 40 pages.  Unfortunelly I never even got to proof reading it.  I will make put parts of my story on my webpage soon.  I was also thinking of remaking it into a playlike format.  What the game is about is a guy travels to different planets.  Earth is not really included, but Earth descendents are.  You will run into planets like Flamerica, Saturn, Zugatron, etc.  It supposed to be a funny game.  The main character which has no name at the moment sells computer games for a living.  The boss gets mad at him because the guy is too lazy to show up at work, so he as occasionally tries to follow the main character. I will try and post the first chapter on the web tonight (6-7hrs) or tommorow

Consider me off the accuser list too.  There is no way I can be anyone else here.  I am creating my own game that is different from the others.  If I was someone else why would I be asking anyone if they need a musican or if they want to become coauthors of my game. Icebod, you didn't answer my question if I could see your game's storyline or not.  I just have another question is Love Quest some kind of soap opera or something?

I saw your site Icepod.  You mentioned about anyone needing a graphics designer.  Do you think you can design any graphics for my game?  If so could you draw me a space pod on top of a building with an elevator, and a future city backround?  By the way can I see the storyline for Love Quest?

What about the Lost Planet?  If you need music tell me the scene you need it for.

I found a list of church songs.  They all sounded good for the church scene, but they are all 3 minutes long.  You may have to shorten the song you choose though.  I'm not sure, but I do know the agi games never really had any long songs.  It's worth trying though...

I know of several modern songs, but I'm not sure which one to use...  The church songs today are all happy, or sad happy.  Why is the guy in the game going to church, is it just because it's Sunday, or because he/she fears something horrible is going to happen.

What time period for the church music.  Church music has changed a lot throughout the years.
