I just noticed in the board that someone is making a game called "Attack On America". I wanted to let people know that in no way am I a copycat. I feel also for the victims and families of the trageties on Sept. 11th.  Kudos to the person making Attack On America, if you are reading this, let me know if you need any help, I'll help while I do my own thing.

One last thing. I said I would have a demo out within the next couple of months, but in reality, it's a couple of weeks.

I am currently in the proccess of making an AGI game called Terrorist Hunt. I know that it may be a tough subject to write a game on, but what a good way to vent the anger and sadness in what happened Sept. 11th. The storyline of the game is simple: You are transported from the year 2026. You are part of something called Unit 6, a special group that fights terrorism. Your mission is simple. Find the most wanted man in the USA and either kill or capture him. I will be releasing a demo within the next couple of months, so i'll keep you posted.

Mega Tokyo AGI Archive / Looking to see abot a theme
« on: October 19, 2001, 03:56:27 AM »
Hey everyone. As I browsed last night for a theme to put on my computer (desktop), I started to wonder if anyone had made an AGI theme. Just curious. Nothing like putting yourself completely into the environment of AGI! Please let me know.

Like real cops do that anyways. I hate to say it, but that is just part of the game, you have to check the vehicle before you drive in it. One of these days, i'm going to get around to deleting that part of the code out of the game, cause that has messed me up so many times as well. Hope this bit of info helps.

Hey! I don't really remember any copy protection in any police quest except for PQ2 where you had to identify mug shots. What Police Quest version are you playing? The new VGA version or the old AGI version? I'll look for my book on both of them today

Every time I think of music o sounds, it's always SCI that I think of. I don't really know how to use the PC speaker for themes, LOL. I'm still looking for suggestions though. Good one Nailhead, i'm considering it.

Hey everyone! I need a little insperation. I need two things for me to continue progress with the AGI theme. 1. I need some suggestions on a good desktop picture. 2. I need some ideas on sounds for the desktop. I have a few things written down as for color, font, and icons, but i'm having a little bit of a difficult time with those two things. Reply soon. Thanx everyone.

I like the sound of it! I think i'm going to lean the story more along your idea. Now that I have something to work on a little I think I can start production. Love the idea, and i'm open for more suggestions.

Mega Tokyo AGI Archive / Lost game, but new game
« on: October 29, 2001, 04:14:09 AM »
Hey all! I said that there was going to be a demo released of "Terrorist Hunt" soon. But due to circumstances, I have lost every little bit of the game. (Thanks to over 200 virus infected files on my computer, college network mind you). Since I was dealing with such a heavy topic, it wore me out mentally. I am starting a new game, I just though about yesterday while going through some old boxes of mine. Basically the only thing I have is 3 normal guys start experiencing contact from outside worlds, some good, some bad. But one race wants to wipe out earth, and it is their responsibility to stop this. This is so fresh, I haven't even considered naming it yet, but I am going to start concept art on it today.

If I can, I would love any feedback for this game, give me some ideas. I feel that everyone hear had dome great ideas, and i'm just curious as to what would happen if we pulled our ideas together. Anyways, get back soon. I would love to hear from all of you.

Mega Tokyo AGI Archive / Space Quest 3D
« on: March 05, 2002, 08:24:40 AM »
Hey all you Space Quest fans! I have got an idea that I have been writing for the past few weekss now, it's called Space Quest 3D. I am not using AGI or SCI, but a 3D engine that can produce high quality 3D games. I am a hardcore SQ fan, and have a lot of great ideas for the game, but I need more! Everyone who has ever played an SQ game and loved it, I need your help. I don't even have the basic layout, whether it is a point and click like SQ 4, 5, 6, or a first person mop-fest. Submit your ideas, and i'll be back throughout the next couple of weeks to see what we come up with.

Thanks for viewing this post,
