Mega Tokyo SCI Archive / Missing template?

The past two times I have downloaded SCI Studio 3, I go to create a new game from a template and I get the message "Template Directory Not Found!  You must reinstall SCI Studio!"  I extracted all the files from winzip to the same folder, and still get the same message.  I am running Win Xp, please help!
