Mega-Tokyo is gone, but the spirit lives on

Ok, gang. I visited our old home today and I was not greeted with the usual blue that I have come to grow and love. What was there was Stuart's (DF) announcement that it had finally come to pass. Our community, didn't warrant it's own link  , but that doesn't sadden me as much as Mega-Tokyo's actual demise.

But seriously, I remember how I used to go to dad's workplace after school to go to the Internet to download stuff, upload my website and demos (which I all created at home and the copied to disk because I didn't have connection at home yet) and visit Mega-Tokyo. I was checking for new replies for my questions, hmm, every 15 minutes or so.

Crazy to think that it was 5 years ago, but I think my first visit and posting as guest was even earlier ..
