and just another question.... Whats the go with Sarien when you go to the download screen its got all these weird formats like .gz   what the heck is a gz?

".gz" is a file which was packed with "gzip". Use "gunzip" to unpack. But beware: most files which are packed with gzip are for use with Linux ... that is my experience
