Music and sound in SCI Games

Hi, Sorry if this is a duplication of some other thread or if there's an FAQ about this, but I was wondering:

If I make an SCI game... where's the instructions on how to add music (MIDI) and sound (digital)? I couldn't find references to Music anywhere.

The last page of the tutorial links to the info on sound creation. SCI0 does not support digital effects.
