Question says it all. What was the dumbest moment in your childhood that your parents had to overreact and ground you? Me: 2 years ago, I got grounded for three days because my room was a mess (was actually an empty plastic bag on the floor that my mom didn't bother to simply pick up.) I also just got grounded about 30 minutes ago just for asking my dad if I could go to the 7-Eleven a block away from my house so I can buy some candy and Slurpees for my little brother. My dad overreacted, saying it was too late (it was 9:20PM EST) and grounded me for the weekend. However, he was cool for letting me go to the city until 11:30 last week to go Christmas shopping at a mall. So, comment me the stupidest things you got grounded for. *PS, My parent's definition of grounding means I can't leave the house. They still allow me to use my electronics and surf the Internet, so their grounding powers have minimal effect on me.*
