Closest you'll get are three Estonians and a Finnish guy, although the last one's rarely online nowadays. You can also try checking out some people from the OS-section their profile, pm them if they're from Poland and hope they're interested.

I'm quite often online, keeping eye on games and news.. I just don't log in unless I have something to say...

I think it would be cool if there would be some kind of world map in this board and everyone could put their location on it...and see where others live

One of my far ancestors was also from Poland, but he probably didn't translate any games...
About world map, it is a good idea, and wouldn't be so hard to implement...
