SCI Studio VGA isn't ready yet, so you currently can't do much with it. And why should you translate it into Spanish, when Spanish version is already made by Sierra?

SCI Studio VGA won't support SCI11 games, and the fact is that Police Quest VGA is one of them... Also, SCIRESDump doesn't support it, likely because it's one of the first games using SCI11... You could contact the author of SCIRESDump about it.

Actually, no, I didn't. And I saw Spanish version of Police Quest 1 VGA on some website, so it does exist... Anyway, I haven't found it yet.
