Is there any sound editors or creation programs out there? for making or editing sci games/

There used to be a MIDI to SCI conversion utility on Brian's AGI/SCI site.  Not sure if it's still there, but that would allow you to write or create MIDI files (for which numerous programs exist like Noteworthy Composer), and convert them to SCI sound.  As for a direct approach, I think Brian's integrating a sound creator/editor into the mother of all SCI Studios which we're all waiting for.
