Sarien and NAGI are interpreters which execute AGI game data.  This is very similar to how Java works.  You have java class files and a portable Java interpeter.

NAGI runs under Windows and Linux whilst Sarien runs under every platform under the sun (apart from Mac OS apparently) :)
