How can i answer to the messages what are answered to my topic or something like that

Hey, welcome aboard,  I'm new around here too. just signed up this morning.

Okay, not sure if i understand exactly what you mean, but if you press the 'quote' button on a persons reply, it will allow you to post a reply to it and include their message so that people will know what you are talking about.

I hope that makes sense. Someone else may be able to explain this better than me

At the top it will show how many messages you have. Click on that. Scroll down to the mail the person sent you, and click on reply. Type in a message and hit send or post, whatever it is. If you need anything else, let me know.
