KQ4 AGI

My dog ate the manual to my AGI-version of KQ4. Er.. Is there some patch or something that will help me start the game without it? Or an online-version of the manual somewhere?

ok, I find it hard to believe this whole "lost the manual" thing.  but I use this sequence to test KQ4 in NAGI all the time:

when it asks for the code.. press "alt-d"
type in "pirate"

after you have a laugh, restart kings quest 4

when it asks for the code.. press "alt-d"
type in "marble"

The only problem is that some parts of the game are in "debug mode" now and you get a little H at the bottom of the screen when there's cinematic bits.

Actually people shoudl realize that the SCI versions manual has the correct words to use for it as well. I use my SCI version manual to get into KQ4 AGI.

Yeah but if he has the agi version...what are the chances he has the sci version as well?

Chances are quite big in KQ4. It's released as AGI and SCI at the same time. The player can choose which one to play. KQ4 was the game with which Sierra stepped from AGI to SCI.

Unless he's a collector I wouldn't think he would have both versions.

If I'm not mistaken, the AGI and the SCI version come in the same package, so if he has one, he has the other one as well.

This game is so good looking! Gotta be the best looking AGI game sierra ever put out. Guess they knew by that time how to cram the most out of the system.
