Sorry for posting so much. But I can't get past Owen on the rooftop. When I try to get around the satellite to the wall on Owen's left side I can't get in there before he turns around. Also, someone mentioned a pipe that can distract him? Where is this pipe?

First, try go to the grate...if you got that, go behind the satellite, if its faced to Owen. Then hurry down to the block on the lower left. If you hide behind that block you can save the game. Then just walk left...
