SCI Studio source code?
« on: January 10, 2002, 11:00:06 PM »
Does anyone know where I can find the source code for SCI Studio (or at least for the compiler)??

I know Brian Provinciano has released it but I can't find it anywhere!

He released it a few months ago for a price when he abandoned it. He has taken the project back up and is working on it and the source code will be released for free once the final version is made.

Yes he is working on it. Take a look at his SCI studio web site and you can see the latest news about him taking the project back up and finishing it. Can't wait till it is done. Hey here is an idea Bjoern how about after we finish the AGI version of V we make a SCI version of it sound pretty cool?

Yes.

If I could find how the sci works, I'll make Naturette in treehouse on sci.

To AGISCI: I hope you will make a new v game unstead a remake from agi.

Maybe I don't know it depends if the rest of the group is up for it. I sure am up for it though I would love to make another V game after this. A remake of V in SCI I think would be pretty cool too.

Hi.

I have a little interrest of the remake games. Your game V
will be better in sci with longer intro, outstanding graphics
and better sounds and musics but it stays the same game.

I prefert a new v game unstead.

Well it all depends on what they would be up for. If they don't want to do as much work we could just remake it into SCI but if they feel like doing it maybe we could make another one.

I started some work on my own SCI game but I unfortunatly lost my artist which really set me back. On my web site you can actually see one of the characters I was going to use in the game. It was going to be a RPG. Infact both characters on my web site are the same character only difference is one is drawn in AGI and the other in SCI. They may not look the same but that is because the wings are not drawn on the SCI one. Yes I was going to make the game in two version AGI and SCI. Basically they could transform into the creatures with wings to fight as a special attack. Who knows one day I might actually finish that game.
